Very clean! Most of the staff was nice! There was one older lady who seemed annoyed that we had to keep getting our keys reprogrammed. Once we were told not to have the key cards by our credit cards or phones, we kept them away from them, but the keys would stop working anyway. It's not like we wanted to keep bothering the staff. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. Plus, it was close to castle and costers. That was why we were there. Have some family fun before my son shipped out to navy bootcamp.

I booked this hotel last minute, and didn’t read the reviews. When I was on the way to the hotel from my home in CA I started reading reviews and was getting nervous but I didn’t have any issues like these other people, everything in my room was clean sheets bathroom couch bed sink and microwave. I also traveled with my baby and the sink was perfect for washing bottles after a long day out. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area

The breakfast is always top quality. Not just danish and coffee. We had eggs, sausage, Belgium waffles, and cereal. They also had bagels, toast, granola bars, cereal bars, and lots of other stuff too. Not your typical continental breakfast. The orange juice machine was out of order which was sad because I had my eye on fresh oj. The room was the right size for my daughter and I. The location is convenient.

I was misinformed about the Ethernet port. However, the manager was so helpful and understood my situation and didn't hesitate to make it right. I'll definitely be visiting again.
